Abstract

Presenta dos vias hipoteticas para salir de la crisis actual: la capitalista liberal y la socialdemocrata. Si bien la segunda via le parece mas favorable para el desarrollo futuro de los paises latinoamericanos, sostiene que esta seria insuficiente si en los paises no se establece un padron de desarrollo autonomo y autosustentado.
