Analiza los desequilibrios dinamicos que afectan el interior de los paises centrales y perifericos y las relaciones entre unos y otros. Contiene reflexiones sobre la crisis y las ideas economicas convencionales y algunos lineamientos de politica para enfrentar la crisis actual.
