Abstract

Examina la política colombiana para adaptar las inversiones de las empresas transnacionales en los procesos nacionales de industrialización en el sector manufacturero, la que atribuyó un papel subsidiario a la participación extranjera, con lo cual resolvió la tensión que se produce entre los objetivos de modernizacion de estas empresas y los objetivos de la política económica del Estado anfitrión.
