Teniendo en consideracion tanto la evolucion general de la region como la de los paises, aborda en especial la produccion y el empleo, la inflacion, y los aspectos principales del sector externo, como el comercio exterior y la relacion de precios del intercambio, el balance de pagos y la deuda externa.
