Analiza las caracteristicas del proceso educativo en America Latina desde una perspectiva historica y segun los estilos de desarrollo e ideologias imperantes en cada epoca y pais, e infiere que algunas de esas caracteristicas aun perduran dificultando los procesos de cambio en la sociedad.
