La heterogeneidad de la pobreza: el caso de Montevideo

Abstract

Presenta el índice de necesidades básicas insatisfechas, estimación del volumen de hogares por debajo de la línea de pobreza, clasificación tentativa de los hogares según sus ingresos y carencias críticas, y sugiere algunas políticas especiales en favor de estos grupos de extrema pobreza en Montevideo.
