Abstract

Intenta evaluar, a la luz de un conjunto de indicadores, el grado de suficiencia, estabilidad, autonomia, sustentabilidad y equidad que ha caracterizado a los sistemas alimentarios en las ultimas decadas y durante la crisis misma.
