El problema de la deuda de Cuba en monedas convertibles

Abstract

Examina los origenes, dimensiones y efectos del problema de la deuda. Luego se analizan las reprogramaciones y especialmente las de 1986-1988 en el marco de la situacion macroeconomica y externa del momento. Se estudian las medidas tomadas por el pais ante la crisis de estos dos ultimos anos y finalmente se esboza la situacion de 1988, junto con las opciones para la accion.
