Las ideas de Raúl Prebisch sobre la economía mundial

Abstract

Distingue tres fases en la evolucion del pensamiento de Prebisch: 1) sus ideas sobre el sistema centro-periferia y las tendencias al desequilibrio estructural de las economias perifericas, formuladas como Secretario Ejecutivo de CEPAL, 2) sus proposiciones en materia de cooperacion internacional, elaboradas como primer Secretario General de UNCTAD, y 3) sus ideas sobre el capitalismo periferico, en la etapa en que funda y dirige la Revista de la CEPAL.
