Abstract

Propone medidas para superar la crisis de la capacidad de pagos de los paises en desarrollo, relacionadas con el establecimiento de una moneda internacional basada en productos basicos, que podria ser administrada por el Fondo Monetario Internacional y con la adopcion de una estrategia mas persuasiva en las negociaciones sobre acceso a los mercados.
