La pobreza: descripción y análisis de políticas para superarla

Abstract

Esboza la magnitud y caracteristicas de la pobreza en la region y analiza las politicas para superarla. Las divide en dos grandes categorias: las distributivas y las redistributivas que son complementarias. La forma en que se combinen estas politicas dependera de la situacion y potencialidad de cada pais y deben formar parte de la estrategia global de desarrollo.
