Abstract

Analiza la promoción y creación de empresas nacionales de consultores y servicios técnicos, y la forma en que ellas pueden mejorar y facilitar la transferencia de tecnología extranjera a los países en desarrollo ayudando a las industrias nacionales a realizar una mejor selección, adaptación y asimilación de la tecnología importada, para lo cual se pone de relieve el caso de la Fundación Chile.
