Abstract

Se analizan dos periodos. El primero abarca desde fines de 1973 hasta mediados de 1981, en el cual el gobierno dio comienzo a una estrategia economica que introdujo cambios sustanciales respecto a las politicas tradicionales, incluso en el sector agropecuario y, el segundo, desde junio de 1981 en adelante, en que en el marco de la crisis economica se aplicaron diferentes politicas orientadas a corregir los desequilibrios existentes.
