Turizmin Kamu Kaynaklarýnýn Daðýtýmýndaki Yeri ve Gelecekteki Konumu: Siyasetçilerin Görüþleri

Abstract

Siyasetçilerin karar mekanizmalarýnýn en önemli aktörleri olmasý nedeniyle turizm endüstrisi hakkýndaki görüþlerinin belirlenmesi araþtýrmanýn amacýný oluþturmaktadýr. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin 2023 Turizm Stratejisi’nin temel alýndýðý çalýþmada 4 adet araþtýrma sorusuna, oluþturulan bir anket ile yanýt aranmýþtýr. Araþtýrmanýn evrenini 24. Dönem’de TBMM’de grubu bulunan siyasi partilerin milletvekilleri ile il baþkanlarý ve il belediye baþkanlarý oluþturmaktadýr. Veriler, araþtýrmaya katýlmayý kabul eden 160 milletvekili, 33 belediye baþkaný ve 288’i il baþkaný olmak üzere toplam 481 siyasetçiden Ekim 2014- Nisan 2015 tarihleri arasýnda toplanmýþtýr. Farklý partilerden siyasetçilerin önceliklerine göre sýralama ve frekans listeleri oluþturulmuþtur. Siyasetçilerin gelecek yasama döneminde meclis çalýþmalarýnda turizmin yer alma durumu ile ilgili görüþlerinden elde edilen veriler ise ki-kare testi ile analiz edilmiþ ve siyasi partileri ile kiþilerin görüþleri arasýnda istatistiksel olarak anlamlý bir iliþki tespit edilmiþtir. Siyasetçilerin Türk turizminin uluslararasý turizm açýsýndan dünya sýralamasýndaki yeri hakkýndaki görüþlerinin daðýlýmý ise partileri ve görevlerine göre incelenmiþtir.
