Abstract
Rapidly emerging developments in the field of education has affected the universities which take primary role among educational institutions, has competitively revealed the need of giving more importance to education in the universities and need of investing for it. The true reason of successes which is gained by education is utilizing the education effectively and efficiently. Education provides conventionally economic, social and cultural development together with individual development. In this study, a survey is conducted among the students in Ni?de University, in order to measure their satisfaction with the service quality, including the method of selection of population and the sampling, the research hypothesis (hypotheses that examine the relationship between demographic variables, hypotheses related to student satisfaction, hypotheses related to relationship between some certain demographic variables and service quality, physical characteristics, academics and applied programs).In addition, the data acquisition method and statistical methods to analyze the data are used. Service quality perceptions and satisfaction level of the students studying at the University of Ni?de, measured, compared and in addition the size of service quality and relationships between the quality of service and other variables are revealed. In the study, a survey is conducted by using Likert-5 scale in order to measure satisfaction with the quality of service of the 400 students who are currently being educated in the faculties, junior colleges and vocational schools within the University of Ni?de, forming the sample of the survey and the data is analyzed by SPSS software package.
