Abstract
Cynicism is a interdisciplinary concept which has become indispensable part of flexible, fast, compatible, always innovative, non-routine, including risks and changeable modern society. Traditional cynical prefer to be cynical in the way of being away from all kinds of values of civilization and they believe that a cynical refuse should society rules for being virtuous; Similarly modern cynical is critical of the society or organization and they exhibit negative attitudes of it. The most distinctive feature of the modern cynical and traditional cynical is despite of being in negative attitudes towards social community or organization, they still continue to take part in it. In fact, the traditional cynical manifest a natural and simple life; modern cynical wear mask that looks like they are compatible with the community or organizations. The majority of modern people who spend their lives in hospital, school,etc. with the system postponing the saturation and focusing on making money that produces more resistance areas such cynicism. This study is intended to argue that cynicism is not only a wrong needs to be corrected as seen by the administrative investigation but also it is a defense mechanism against exploitation in the post-modern society as seen by the critical perspective.
