A Study Related to Investigation of the Effects of Big Five Factor Model on Counterproductive Work Behaviors with Mediating Role of Organizational Justice

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine causes of counterproductive work behaviors that encountered in labor life frequently. Within this framework big five factor model and organizational justice perception were taken as main causes. A State University?s School of Business academicians constituted this study?s population. Data was taken 40 academicians who were chosen in this population. End of the study, a negative and middle correlation was found between openness to experience as a dimension of big five factor model with counterproductive work behaviors. There was no significant correlation determined between other dimensions of the big five factor model with counterproductive work behaviors. Also mediating role of organizational justice in effects of big five factor model on counterproductive work behaviors was investigated and there was no significant effect determined.
