Mediating Effect of Instrumental Ethical Climate for the Impact of Intimidation Tactic on LMX Loyalty Dimension

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of intimidation tactic as a dimension of impression management, on loyalty exchange and to determine whether instrumental ethical climate perception has a mediating role on this effect. The research was designed to demonstrate the correlations among the model variables. The data analyses were made by using SPSS18 and AMOS16 package programs through the questionnaires collected from the participants. The research which was carried out with four hundred participants? data collected by using an accidental questionnaire methodology depicted that intimidation tactic use has a positive significant effect on loyalty interaction and instrumental climate has partial mediating role on this effect.
