Abstract

Brokerage in export can take many different forms. The rights and liabilities of the parties in question through transactions vary depending on the legal nature of the transaction is made. Foreign trade companies in particular stand on the brokerage contracts used in exports over great significance. In this regard, the legal nature of the contract in question was studied through.
