Abstract

In this study, the effect of an individual?s self-construal on self-leadership is examined. In this context, it is tried to reveal the relations among the three sub-dimensions of self-construal and four sub-dimensions of self-leadership. The study was conducted through data collected from 322 individuals studying at tourism faculty of a university. The relations between variables are presented by correlation and effects by regression analyses. The validity of scales are measured with structural equation model (AMOS 21). As a result of the findings, it is seen that individual?s self-construal has significant effects on their self-leadership.
