Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this work is pointing out the problems which female executives face with at public schools in Manisa, Yunusemre and putting forward solution recommendations. This research was done with qualitative research method containing the participation of 11 out of 68 female executives that have been working during the 2020-2021 school year, who have answered 5 questions. When female executives who participated in this work were asked the problems they encounter, they revealed two main problems one of which is based on economy when the other one is their personal issue. They also expressed the idea of additional charge, bringing solution for the miscommunication between them and the top management, which may lead the problems to be solved, might create a workplace where there is no discrimination socially or when it comes to the union rights. More women participating in union right managements, working actively, and taking extra rights such as flexible working hours for the executives who are also mothers. Female executives not having hard times with their personal rights, may be allowed to retire earlier than their male coworkers due to exhaustion and protecting their cadre when it comes to being assigned to another province were also some opined thoughts.
