ASSESSMENT ON THE LEVELS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY, CRISIS MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

Abstract

Today, frequent crises and continuous change processes make it increasingly difficult for organizations to maintain their existence. From this point of view, it is aimed to determine organizational agility, crisis management process and organizational resilience levels and demographic factors affecting these variables in health organizations. The study was conducted with a sample of 1208 health workers working in different positions in state health institutions serving in Istanbul in a relational survey design, which is one of the quantitative research methods. However, in group differentiation analysis of socio-demographic features, age, education status, role in the institution, management role, the economic situation has been significant differences for some dimensions in terms of the type of institution in which the gender, marital status, occupational experience and working time angle in the institution have not been significant. As a result of the study, suggestions were presented that are expected to contribute to the literature of the field.
