Abstract

Educational administration is one of the overlapping concepts with both administration and educational leadership. These concepts are related, but still have definitional differences depending on where the terms are applied. Educational management works to meet the educational needs of societies and to achieve predetermined specific and general goals. It is the duty of the educational administration to operate, develop, and turn the educational organization into a living organism effectively and beneficially. The leading actor in the work area of the education manager is human. If the educational management is implemented successfully, while the income of the institutions increases, it also contributes to the intellectual success of the educational institutions. Organizational culture has a critical role in the management of educational leaders in creating the necessary environment for an effective educational management, fulfilling educational and training goals, and raising successful and happy students. Organizational culture affects the management processes in the institution, especially the leadership and management styles of school principals, and is affected by these management processes.
