Abstract

In this research, many years in the European Union and Turkey, which have economic and political relations, progress in the years 1998-2018 on environmental developments occurring in the process of adaptation to the Union was to be examined. To this end, the European Union Commission, the information provided by Turkey, the European Parliament, and reports by some international financial institutions generate progress reports on an annual basis in line with the recommendations, were analyzed by in MAXqda. With this analysis, Turkey is in the process of adaptation to environmental improvements which topics are the more stressed how much progress and that the scope of its relationship with environmental law principles in this issue how the principles of Turkey's environmental law adopted by is to be measured.
