Abstract
The purpose of this study, which is conducted on pre-school music education in Turkey to investigate the graduate thesis. In this context, it is taken up in Turkey until 2019 and made access to the National Council of Higher Education Thesis Center is open 47 graduate theses terms of different variables, grouped in variables being considered. The study was a qualitative research and the data were obtained through document analysis. The sample of the study was determined by criterion sampling which is one of the purposive sampling strategies. In order to examine the theses reached, each thesis was subjected to content analysis using the Graduate Thesis Review Form developed by the researchers. The postgraduate theses of music education about preschool; (1) the researcher's gender, (2) years and types of dissertations, (3) the university under study, (4) the title of advisor, (5) method, (6) data collection tools, (7) institutes under study, (8) sampling, (9) participants' qualifications and (10) subject areas. According to the results of the research; The highest proportion of the thesis studies examined is composed of master's theses; the most dissertation was conducted in 2019; that only five doctoral dissertations and one proficiency in arts thesis were conducted; most studies were conducted in Marmara University, Gazi University and Educational Sciences Institutes; quantitative research methods were used and most of the cases were determined due to the fact that; it was found that female researchers do more studies than male researchers.
