Abstract

In this artcile Iraq’s the contrbuting to crime statues will be study in the Iraq’s 1969 Criminallaw that has been still in the force. In addition. In addition, according to this law, which separates the legal status of subsidiaries, principal criminal and contributors, it has beenstudied whether any of the principal offenders are held accountable in a crime committed inthe course of an affiliation.
