Social Adaptation Processes After Discharge Of Women'S Provisions

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, kadın hükümlülerin tahliye sonrası sosyal destek ihtiyaçlarının ortaya konmasıdır. Bu amaçla yola çıkılarak cezaevinden çıkan kadınlar ve bu alanda çalışan uzmanlar ile görüşülerek sosyal ihtiyaç destek ve gereksinimler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler edinilen bilgi ve bulgular doğrultusunda kadın hükümlülerin tahliye sonrası toplumsal uyum gereksinimlerine yönelik hizmet önerilerinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel yöntem kullanılması uygun görülmüştür. Nitel verileri İstanbul kapsamlı bir çalışma olduğundan cezaevinden çıkmış ve İstanbul’ da ikamet eden 10 eski kadın hükümlü ile yapılan görüşmelerle ve alanda çalışan 1 sosyal hizmet uzmanı, 2 sosyolog 1 öğretmen ve 1 psikolog ile yapılan profesyonel görüşmeler olmak üzere toplam 15 görüşme yolu ile edinilmiştir. Kadın hükümlülerin demografik özellikleri, suç ve cezaevi yaşantıları, cezaevi sonrası yaşantısına karşı duygu ve düşünceleri ve gereksinim hissedilen sosyal destek ve cezaevi sonrası yaşam deneyimleri, hükümlü kadınların cezaevindeyken ve cezaevinden çıktıktan sonraki yaşamları hakkında düşündüğü sıkıntıları incelenmiştir. Cezaevinden çıkmış hükümlü kadınlarla yapılan görüşmelerde kadınların cezaevi sonrası yaşamı ve gereksinimleri ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Aynı zamanda alanda çalışan sosyal hizmet uzmanları, sosyolog, öğretmen ve psikologlarla yapılan görüşmelerde ise kadınların cezaevi sonrası toplumsal uyum süreçleri hakkında yapılabilecekler ve uzman önerileri edinilmeye çalışılmıştır.
