Abstract
Effective teaching, one of the important issues \"teach those troops\" is provided. Taught those unions, common naming before everything is possible with the concepts and terms. Just as in every area of Turkey is one of the most important problems in the Turkish /actually be considered as a wealth/ naming, terms and classification are subject differences. In this study, Turkey Turkish Phonetics subject of “consonants \" about naming used in some of the works and textbooks, terms and classifications have been made the subject In consonants, in many books, naming even though the information is provided in a partnership, there are quite a few differences in terminology and classification. This determination was carried out in accordance with a variety of assessments.
