Investigating the quality of service in public catering in Bishkek

Abstract

Service is one of the most important sectors of the economy and grows at a certain rate, its share in the gross domestic product increases every year. Growth of population incomes, development of the tourism industry in the republic, increase in the number of tourists from near and far abroad, transformation of the state into a world cultural center of nomads, development of service industries, including public catering enterprises, are the demands of the moment. Because of this, it is necessary to develop activities aimed at increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the public catering system, organization and management according to modern world standards, food safety and high-level service and insurance. In this direction, in this article, based on a survey of public catering enterprises in Bishkek, an analysis of service activities was considered
