Abstract
State politics, which has been developed since the attainment of Kazakhstan's independence, has been prepared with the aim of shaping the future of the country (economy, industry, development, employment, education, domestic and foreign policy, foreign investment etc.). Within these policies, economic preferences and priorities are determined and also studies on tourism policy are suggested. In this study, the steps that Kazakhstan made in tourism market and tourism policy are investigated, and the main fields affecting tourism policy and affected by these policies are determined; The relationship between these areas and tourism has been tried to be revealed. In addition, Kazakhstan constitutes another element of the study of how tourism and tourism will change in terms of tourism and the future of tourism. On the other hand, SWOT analysis was conducted by trying to determine the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the country's tourism in Kazakhstan as a result of the research done in the framework of tourism potential and tourism policies. In addition to existing tourism activities and the elimination of weaknesses in the implementation of the policy recommendations to be transformed into an opportunity is supported by the threat TOWS matrix method.
