Abstract

This research; 2015 -2016 year Giresun / Bulancak located in Orange sports participating in sports activities in the fitness room 200 members inside, choose aerobic exercise kind of fitness branch of the sporting activities that middle-aged sedentary 26 female, mean (27 (-8 / + 12) is formed. Body Pass the subject before starting aerobic exercise plus GAIA 359 meter and 0.01 cm accuracy on the MK-220 models of metal meter with pre-test measurements of the pre-test data is stored in the computer. all 12 weeks of the subjects and repeated daily for 3 days per week for an hour 15 munites aerobic and fitness activities have been implemented. At 12 weeks, the same as the pre-test to post-test measurements were made by applying to the subjects. Both tests are recorded and the arithmetic mean of all the data itself, the standard deviation (standard error) are calculated. A comparison of the value of pre and post test subjects Paired Samples T - has to be examined whether the test result is made with 0.05 significance level. 12-week period results in body weight, body mass index, the amount of oil decreases bone density in the body as a percentage, muscle density was observed in a meaningful way the statistical increase in the fluid density (p
