Abstract

Today, the high level of failure of Information Technology projects makes Information Technology management extremely important. In this study, it is aimed to examine the selection of project success criteria belonging to Information Technologies, to determine the weights they have in decision making about these criteria and to reveal the causal relations between these criteria. The method used to determine the weights of the criteria and the causality and direction of the relations between them is the "Decision Making Experimentation and Evaluation Laboratory" (DEMATEL) which is a multi criteria decision making method.
