Prospective Vision Of Sustainable Economic Development And Strategic Directions In Azerbaijan

Abstract

The relevance of the scientific article is justified by observation of the interdependence between the environment and long-term economic stability, characteristic of the Azerbaijani market relations in the form of relatively volatile changes. Consequently, the opportunities for improving the competitiveness of the economy, the quality of life of the population, the level of investment attractiveness, the innovative focus of investment while ensuring sustainable economic development have been studied in the article. The main idea of this article encompasses summarization of the opinions on optimizing the productivity of sustainable development through rational activity and the reduction of high risks in the global economy. The purpose of the work comprises identification of effective ways of strengthening the national economy and its integration into the world economic system and their implementation, adapting them to the socio-economic situation of the country on the basis of global development trends. The methodology of the research consists of studies conducted by local and foreign experts in the fields of macroeconomic development, scientific and technological progress, research on the problems of innovation economy in the information society, statistical information and analyzes on production and foreign trade. Some proposals for activities to be implemented in the framework of state programs adopted to ensure sustainable development are presented as a result of the study. Scientific novelty of the article includes establishment of tasks to be decided on strategic targets for sustainable development, showing the model of work with innovations, as well as determination of the conformity quality required for productive activities in the form of picture.
