Abstract

Education and health have an important place in the socio-economic development of countries. Education and health services increase the productivity and efficiency of human resources, which is a very important factor in the socio-economic development of countries. In this study, OECD countries were examined with Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods according to education and health criteria. In the study, OECD countries were evaluated and analyzed in 2015, 2016 and 2017. The importance weights of the criteria used in the evaluation of countries were determined by the AHP method. Then, OECD countries were analyzed using MCDM methods, VIKOR, COPRAS and ARAS methods. According to the results of the analysis, it has been seen that socio-economically developed countries allocate significant budgets for education and health services.
