Abstract

The main objective of the study is to examine statistically whether there is a difference in the average of the labor force in the OECD countries according to the level of education for the proportion of the labor force with high education and secondary education according to the year 2015. When examining the results of the t-test in this context, the hypothesis "there is no significant difference between OECD countries with high education and secondary education rates of labor" is rejected at the 5% significance level. These findings show that there is a statistically significant difference between OECD countries in terms of labor rates with higher and lower secondary education, which is higher than the ratio of high-educated labor and intermediate-educated labor.
