Abstract

The Purpose of the study - in article, some problems connected with the creation of national innovative system based on the efficient use the intellectual labor, are researched. The Methodology of the study - an analysis and system approach. The Findings of the study - at the end of the study author does the accent on the fact that republic disposes sufficient innovative resource and high intellectual potential. Additionally, providing stable economic growing and raising level of living populations, government tries to develop fundamental sciences in the country, increasing qualification of the personnel in the frame of the modern system of education. Thereby author contributes his own concrete suggestions.
