Abstract
Today, efforts to adapt to the rapid changes and developments, the competitive environment, current economic conditions, service, marketing of service, health, health services revealed the importance of marketing topics. The purpose of health care services; protect human health and the diagnosis and treatment of emerging diseases do. Is to ensure regular monitoring of the disease. Health care team that: doctors, nurses and health personnel. These services carries out work on a regular basis. While these services; performance of the most important issues of health care and the physicians who provide services to the community (patients) to create the socio-economic flow. Hospitals, although patient-centered, though it is also important to employee satisfaction. In addition, more effective health services and quality has become an issue important to be approached. Quality can be measured and monitoring of quality indicators should be measured are considered. Many have been published to measure quality indicators. Quality indicators aim to measure the quality of clinical processes, although related to the operation performance and the output should be able to evaluate its success. Health services that abstract the abstract indicates that the quality of service. The aim of this study; physician performance, quality and health among physicians is to investigate the effects of performance. A questionnaire was administered to physicians as material, were evaluated according to the answers given. Survey analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciances) Statistics for the Social Sciences program is evaluated by the quality and performance of the health effects identified and theses have been completed.
