Organizational Commitment Scale, Pre And Post Vesting Analysis

Abstract

Vesting which literally means "Progress" has recently begun to take place in the literature as a studied subject. Even if the vesting without proper understanding in this research, industrial life, payment systems, promotional payments, premium payments or additional payments are common to different applications that can be termed. The purpose of this study, using the organizational commitment scale "pre-vesting" and "post-vesting" is the study of changes in value. 94 associations were administered questionnaire to collect data for research. Linguistic validity, reliability and construct validity of the Turkish version of the survey done earlier, reliability analysis is only done in this study. The obtained data applying the participants difference tests, a difference between the vesting and after vesting was investigated. All loyalty factors before and after the vesting value has changed. This study are highlighted for the career change caused by the vesting practices as important.
