Abstract

Stress literally simple concept is a response of the body against the body do not want loaded. Stress is harmful to the environment or the workplace is located and health events and circumstances are known to occur because of it. It can not ignore the impact on the business or individual public employees or organizational stress. For this reason, it needs to be resolved with stress management of stress situations. This article has been kullanýlmþ historical and descriptive methods for these reasons. information about the concept of stress and stress management is provided. As a result of the importance of stress management is evaluated for public employees.
