The Importance of Leadership on Management And Its Organizational Results

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investgate the importance of the leadership of the ruling upper and middle-level in the management positions in academics and the organizational results. This study covers that the participation of 40 middle and senior managers with the importance of leadership and management organizational consequences. In the research survey method was applied. In this study, the questionnaires used previously in the literature that have taken place job satisfaction, affective commitment, turnover, behavior scales are against efficiency. In this study, the relationship between these concepts and leadership demonstrated statistically. The research has been limited by a pilot study of 40 people, leadership reveals its contribution to organizational results.
