Factors Affecting Cynicism in Organizations

Abstract

Nowadays, employers in the organizations produces more resistance areas such cynicism in the system that focuses on gaining and postponing the constant saturation. Organizational cynicism can be defined as a state of negative attitudes towards organizations, which attracted researchers's attention and a large number of conceptual analysis and empirical studies has been involved in facing the impact of cynicism management systems in the literature. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the cynicism which reduces the performance of employee at work, the effects of that on turnover intention, job involvement and burnout. In the study, cynicism previously used in the literature, job involvement, burnout and turnover intention of scales with the opinions 211 participants in the survey was taken. The resulting survey data subjected to correlation and regression analysis, research hypotheses were tested. In the study collected survey responses were analyzed and interpreted using SPSS for Windows 22.00 program. Regression and correlation analyzes were performed in the study. This study has contributed with keeping light on the subject of employees's cynicism, job involvement, burnout and turnover intention so often encountered in the industrial life.
