Abstract

GSM operators manage special campaigns for the young people in a highly competitive business environment with considering youth’s interest and sensitivity to the technology. The youth campaigns are Genç Turkcell, Vodafone Freezone ve Avea Woops. This research aims to study the expectations of youth from the GSM operators’ youth campaigns and satisfactions from youth campaigns and GSM operators. Finally, there is a significant difference between expectation and satisfaction of college students from youth campaigns. Also there is a significant correlation between campaign satisfaction and operator choice.
