Abstract

"In Anatolian, pictorial representations about religious issues especially emerge in tradition of Alevi-Islam; Hz. Ali, Hz. Hüseyin, Hac? Bekta? Veli and Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi's representive illustrations have survived. They don?t carry artistic concern, but its content is more important and in Turkish and Islamic art it is usually shown development in an area that could be called folk art of painting. The main purpose of this images, people of faith living in the world and reflect the image of some important events or to legend with historical roots and to keep them alive. Even illiterate people to inform through these pictures and to ensure that in cases where the event and kept alive the memory. In the Hac? Bekta? Veli Museum, an image that titled ?fiftyseven thousand Rum dervishes came to Sulucakaraöyük? is discussed in this article. Dating from the 13th century, this miniature is made iconographic analysis was examined briefly in place of Ottoman art. "
