El consumo privado en los paises de la OCDE: analisis comparativo y evolucion temporal

Abstract

El estudio del gasto privado per capita realizado por los residentes en los paises de la OCDE es el objetivo de este trabajo. Se consideran los 12 grandes grupos de gasto, y se analizan en una doble vertiente: en cuanto a su evolucion y en cuanto a la comparacion entre paises. Se especifica un modelo econometrico para estimar el crecimiento del gasto sectorial privado y se compara el gasto privado y publico realizado en salud y educacion. The aim of this paper is to study the final consumption expenditure per capita in the OECD. We consider the twelve big expenditure groups , and we analyze two different sides, on the one hand the evolution, and on the other a comparison among the countries, We develop an econometric model to estimate the growth of private sectoral expenditure, and we compare the private and public expenditure in health and education.
