Abstract

Urad Vlade Republike Slovenije za varovanje tajnih podatkov (UVTP) je z Zakonom o tajnih podatkih (ZTP) prevzel vodenje več evidenc s skupnim imenovalcem – dovoljenjem za dostop do tajnih podatkov, tako za fizične osebe (zaposlene v organih in organizacijah ) kot tudi za pravne osebe, torej organe in organizacije same.
