Du budget administratif au budget outil de gestion. Le cas des musées français

Abstract

The museum of today reaches an institutional status, the management of which requires the mobilization of all the resources able to participate to the accomplishment of their aims. This necessary repositioning to respond to new opportunities and constraints finds its way in management control. In order to analyze the new problematic, we have done, by means of a questionnaire, a state of the present situation and the practical means as utilized by the French museums.
