Interethnic Relations In The Power Orbit Of The Former Ussr: History Of The Issue

Abstract

Aim. Basing on the principle of historicism, the authors trace the interethnic relations in the former USSR in the context of their regulation by the state authorities and government. They prove the hypothesis about the friendship of the USSR peoples and the united historical community, "Soviet people".Methods. As the main methods the authors chose the principles and approaches of the social dialectics in their consonant unity with the principle of historicism and the basic forms of the correct thinking.Results. The authors conclude that the historical analysis of interethnic relations in the power orbit of the former USSR can have a significant impact on the harmonization of relations between the government and society in modern Russia, on the basis of its quintessence is taken into account by the state authorities and the local government.Conclusion. Interethnic relations harmonization in modern Russia and in the CIS countries is possible with respect for their common history, culture, way of life, mentality and spiritual roots.
