SRCF CFR Galati Sustainable Knowledge Capability through Business Intelligence Design

Abstract

The present paper sets out to examine the logical links among an organizations knowledge capability and the design of its business intelligence architecture. Integrating more and more knowledge management into organizations current activities needs to become more important for those developing companies whom seek a long lasting and secure development of their business strategies. An adequate KM implementation can be realized if there is really good compatibility between infrastructure, process capabilities, technology, organizational culture and structure, also the government has a very important role in assisting the when implementing the most suitable architectural design for the business intelligent system of a company such as SRCF CFR Galati, because it gets its funding centralized from the Ministry of Transportation.
