Abstract

Today’s political and economic situation has affected, among others, the relationship between the real estate market and the financial market. The ever-changing shape of the variables in the Romanian real estate market provide an important perspective on this economy sector and the generated results can be useful for all players on the market, especially when it comes to making portofolio-related decisions.
