Abstract

L’institution juridique de la nullité absolue dans la réglementation du Nouveau Code de Procédure Pénale. Cette étude analyse l’institution juridique des nullités dans la réglementation du Nouveau Code de Procédure Pénale. Le Code propose comme nouveauté la réglementation des effets des nullités visant les actes processuels et procédurales et aussi des actes subséquents à celui frappé par la nullité absolue. L’étude comprend ces aspects, qui selon l’auteur, vont conduire à une pratique qui va manquer l’uniformité au niveau des instances de jugement.
